Dr. Pan obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science at the City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Sam Kwong. Before that, he received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Yancheng Normal University, Yancheng, China. He also was a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA. Currently, he is a Full Professor in the School of Computer and Software at the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Nanjing, China.
I am currently recruiting for highly self-motivated master students in Computer Science, in particular those with good mathematics, algorithm or programming background. If you are interested, please contact me via email or office phone.
